Be super bold in this vintage designer Nat Kaplan Couture dress and jacket set. Very 60s 70s flower power, pop art psychedelic! -- colors are neon pink, blue and lavender with green. Neon pink is on trend this spring! -- designer Nat Kaplan -- material is a silky nylon or nylon poly blend -- condition is excellent! All I see is 1 pull across the back of the jacket.
