We love a good classic and this Jones New York cotton blend velvet navy pea coat with 3/4 sleeves and double breasted closure gives us 70s vibes. Quilted lining and paired with a scarf for show only...listing is for jacket only. We think it would be roomy on a Small, just about right for an 8 or medium if you want it closed. Cute open to show off a sweater. Cool pockets too! Dark navy blue.
