A gold metal frame with kiss-lock closure and snake chain strap complete the look. The bag is in very good condition, but I'm unsure what decade it was made. I believe the brand is Vanessa, but the tag is missing. Interior is cream satin fabric. Perfect for the mermaid aesthetic.
