The color appears bright, almost electric blue in the first photo, but navy in the second. Can you confirm the color? I’m going to a spring party and would prefer a bright electric blue versus a muted navy. Thanks!

@katherinefalcia let me get it out of the box to take a pic. honestly its bighter than navy but depends on the light. I'll post a pic of me wearing it outside at the derby in overcast too
