I paid $130 for my alterations and the woman said that the layers and angles of the skirt made it more complicated of an alteration. - Length was shortened a bit. I'm 5'9" and wore flats, so shorter women with heels, this would also work - Straps were shortened since I have small boobs and the boob area was a little saggy.
