Pocket watch: significant chronometer, Barraud's Earnshaw series, London, circa 1803: Ca. Ø56 mm, ca. 159 g, later London silver case, extremely rare chronometer movement with Earnshaw's sugar tongs temperature compensation, spring detent escapement, signed Barraud 31/5815, original signed enamel dial with matching number, gold hands, in working order. The watch is one of six known Barraud chronometers that almost certainly originate from Earnshaw, the so-called Earnshaw series from 1803!
