Ceil Chapman vintage 1950s black boatneck dress with pleated detail at front and back bodice. Skirt is gathered at deep pink/red attached waist sash/cumberbund. Back zip (there are hook and eyes along back zip to conceal the zipper, but we could not fasten them for the photos since the dress was a bit tight on our mannequin.)  
No size label, best fits 0 or XS. See measurements.
