Authentic vintage 1920s-30s Black Cut velvet and Silk Dress. Excellent Condition. Slip over style. Front (lined) cut velvet skirt panel similar to a tunic over a Straight silhouette under dress. Coat Tail cut velvet panels accent the back of the dress. Scoop front neckline with silk piping. Piping also accents the front and back bodice. Long sleeves of black silk.
