This is a 1920s/30s art deco era silk chiffon floral printed dress with lace and pink scalloped detail around the collar and sleeve cuffs.  The dress features a drop waist with peplum, which is popular for the era as well as a pleated skirt. This dress also features a deep v neck or plunging neckline that drops about 10 inches from the nape of the neck. For its age, this dress is in very good vintage condition.
