Antique Victorian Black Silk Beaded, Sequined Boned Bodice, Pin Tucking, Petite

From the estate that had amazing pieces dating back to the mid-1800s, this gorgeous piece has stunning beading and sequins, with pin tucking throughout . I'd originally thought the sequined waistband was a later addition, but it is original, as is the beading. The collar has a sheer silk ruffle, fastens with hooks and eyes on the inner layer, snaps on the outer layer, all present. May or may not have had sleeves, but nicely finished as it is. No obvious flaws, perhaps some period mends, but I cannot find them - a few sequins are missing, maybe a few beads, but nothing of any importance to not…
