Any stock item will be despatched on the following working day after full payment has been recieved. We do not despatch over the weekend. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item in its packaging. The postage and packaging price does not include insurance, but a proof of postage will be held by ourselves in all instances. International sales are shipped via Royal Mail Small Packet service. If you would like to purchase insurance or upgrade to priority mail service, please contact us prior to completing the payment process.

Some orders that are shipped to countries outside of the EU may take longer to be delivered, this is because we have to send via a land / road service to keep your postage price down. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
