+ tom brigance is a very important early american designer - this piece is one of his earliest works. documented in
feburary 1942 issue of harpers bazaar magazine. the met museum collection houses some of his designs, the earliest being
1952. prominent artist marcel vertes designed the delicate dove print, this pattern is very uncommon. this garment in particular
is incredibly rare, and worthy of any museum collection. +

issues to note:
+ some color variation to lining of bottoms
+ one hole to lining, not visible from outside of garment
+ some very minor loose seams, a few tiny marks & pinholes, some snags
+ button holes have loosened - buttons slip through
doesn't distract from overall impact of piece - presents beautifully
