I only accept returns if the product purchased was not as described. The products in this shop are previously worn and used and with that comes the risk of receiving a product with some flaws and minor use marks. I try to show and describe all flaws to the best of my ability. I also try to only source products that I myself would want to wear. If you have any doubt about a products quality please don't hesitate to communicate with me, I would rather you not purchase an item if you have doubt about the quality then to purchase and have it sent back.
Items such as vintage tshirts might have small wear holes and stains, that is the whole reason why it is vintage and gives it a distressed look that has character. No sizing issue returns.

Shipping times can very depending on what time you place your order to where the destination is. I try very hard to get your order out the door to the post office and to your door. When the product gets shipped a confirmation will be sent. I use USPS First Class Mail or Priority depending on weight.

I do offer local pickup and sometimes drop off if you live within Columbus, Ohio.

I am looking to do a pop up shop if you have a local business and are willing to let me set up pieces inside or outside your business.
Pop up shops can help generate traffic to your place of business and show non regular customers what you offer plus something different than the usual atmosphere so please consider and contact me. If you want to collaborate through social media or with an in person event I am also open to that.

If you purchase an item and want to return it I will only return due to quality of item not as described. Returns due to sizing will not be accepted because measurements are listed or shown. A 60% refund can be applied not including shipping cost. This is because of Etsy fees, cost of goods, packaging cost and posting labor. If you do decide to return an item you will cover the shipping cost on your end.
If you decide to return an item I need communication ASAP with in 3 days of items delivery. Items on sale cannot be returned. Items under $20.00 cannot be returned.
Refunds will be issued through Etsy or Paypal.
*Again buyer pays for return shipping.

Any orders I receive after 4 pm/ 1600 EST will get processed the next day.

If buyer and seller agree to go through with a return and refund,
the refunded amount will only be 60% of the purchase price not including shipping. This is due to me covering shipping, packaging cost, labor and fees. See othe return polies for more info.
