A wonderful authentic vintage blue French chore coat or work wear jacket ~ these textiles are such wonderful finds! ~*~ This jacket dates to the 1960s and is a dense heavy Prussian blue dyed cotton. ~*~ ~ ~ Unique, one of a kind always, these textiles become works of art with time and use. This jacket still only has light wear and fading, with many years left to give. These coats were used throughout the French countryside and can still be seen today. There is an interior breast pocket on this coat, and 3 exterior pockets! ~*~ There are blue buttons for closing at the front. MEASUREMENTS : This lovely textile measures approximately:

27.5 inches long

23 inch sleeves

18.5 inch shoulder ( measured straight across the back seam to seam )

24.5 inches across the chest, laid flat from one underarm to the other


CONDITION : This wonderful jacket is freshly laundered and ready to use! Simply machine wash and dry at home. There is one tiny hole in one sleeve, and one tiny hand stitched mend on the back. Light wear and light fading only. Please see above and photographs!
