We accept returns on select items only - see individual item for return policies in listings.

Approved return items must be shipped back in original condition (unworn, unaltered, unlaundered) within 7 days of delivery.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. We also charge a 20% re-stocking fee to cover accrued transaction fees, which will be deducted when the refund is processed.

Vintage garments do not always fit the tag size, so please refer to our provided measurements for accurate sizing.

Items are measured in inches taken laying flat. Chest, waist, thigh + hip measurements should doubled.

Chest is taken from pit to pit + total length is taken from the bottom of the neck to hem.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please track your packages as to avoid theft. Shipping insurance may be provided if requested and paid for.

If you are placing an international order, please understand that standard shipping does not have insurance and can go missing. This does not apply to priority shipping. You will be provided tracking information, but we are not responsible for lost orders once in the possession of the U.S. Postal Service. Please also note that international orders are being delayed significantly due to the COVID pandemic.

If an order is returned due to an incorrectly provided address or forwarding address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, the order will be refunded minus the original cost of shipping.

Please be aware that all of our items are pre-owned vintage. We strive to accurately list all condition issues/flaws.

Machine washable items are washed + stored in a smoke-free facility, however some items may have slight odors from years of storage, moth ball, etc. Please be mindful of this when purchasing vintage garments.

EU customers have 14 days to contact us about returning an item/s they purchased. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary and make take up to 30 business days. Tracking numbers are provided.

Orders may be subject to import taxes +/or customs. These fees are hard to predict + are paid for by the buyer.
