Waited over a month and item never shipped. Had to file and get a refund from Etsy.

My order never shipped, and the shop owner never responded to my messages. I have now been taken for my money. No sweater, no refund, nothing.

Never received my item. Never got a response from seller. Had to file a claim with Etsy to get resolved.:(

My father several months ago got severely ill and then tragically died just a month ago. My shop was sadly neglected as i forgot all about it in all my stress and grief. Everyone received thier money back for any item not sent. My apologies for any inconvenience that this caused and i am grateful for any and all understanding and grace given during such a difficult time. I think if we all could take a step back and look at things from the perspective that we never know what someone is going through the world would be a kinder and better place

Going to have to give 1 star. I had communicated interested but the price was high and I wanted to be able to return if it didn't work out because it's not like I can try it on before buying... And surprisingly they lowered the price and said they would accept a return if I paid return shipping... Ok awesome! Except when they lowered it they increased the shipping and I didn't notice until after I bought it and asked them to cancel the order well before they shipped. To which they answered it was already shipped (it wasn't according to the shipping label when I received it). So n if I want t return it I'm out basically $20 which is almost the price of the dress and isn't worth it, which I'm betting they were banking on. So my suggestion is be ware! They seemed like they were going to work with me but they turned out to be sneaky

the shipping cost is calculated by Etsy … it’s not dictated buy the seller also you were given the discount you asked for, and the terms were stated for returns before you decided to buy it. I understand you are frustrated with your choice but everything was very clear nothing was hidden from you , (it’s even stated in your complaint) it was your choice to buy it and your choice to not return it even when given all the details
