I understand the frustration with my valued international customers when dealing with high taxes and customs, but please know that I cannot alter the value of your purchase on the Customs Forms. Altering the value of an item on a custom's form is classified as a felony under US law & could be punished by up to five years of jail time. In addition, it's against Etsy's policies.

I’m happy to ship to my international friends but please note that with the current restrictions, International First Class can take up to 2-3 months for your item to arrive and International Priority Shipping can take up to 4 weeks. Thank you ahead of time for your patience!

I am very careful to package your fragile items as securely as possible, but occasionally accidents in transit occur. Please note that in order to claim reimbursement on items damaged in transit, you as the Customer must send me photos of the actual PACKAGING ( outside & inside) plus photos of the DAMAGED ITEM. Otherwise I am unable to reimburse or compensate.
