Item: Designed in the 1940s by Alfred Philippe this large Trifari fur clip packs a lot of punch. The strength of it's impact partially owing to it's size. With it's four inch length and the depth of the three blossoms this piece boldly pops forward. The pink poured glass flowers have nicely contrasting purple rhinestones in the center which twinkle in the light. Poured glass pieces like this were becoming very popular around this time and being manufactured by many of the better jewelry manufacturers such as Gripoix for Chanel and of course Trifari.
