***Lay the garment flat***
Shoulder- Measure from seam to seam
Bust (or Chest) - Measure from armpit to arm pit
Waist - Measure the narrowest area
Hips - Measure at the fullest point
Sleeve - Measure from the out side shoulder seam to the cuff
Length - Measure from the highest part of the shoulder seam to the hemline.
