It is my sincere hope that anyone who purchases an item from my shop is truly happy with that purchase. I don't accept returns unless there was a mistake on my part, but if you receive an item that you purchased and you're truly unhappy I am willing to work something out. To qualify for an exchange, the buyer and myself must have worked out details before the process can begin. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. An exchange can be made after I have received the original item and found it to be in the same condition i originally sent it out in. An exchange must be made for equal or greater value. So please contact me asap if there are any problems with your order.

The items in my shop are all previously owned and some are close to a century old. Some items may look new and there are items who don't. I do my best to accurately describe every item I list. To misrepresent an item would be cruel and short sighted. When there are imperfections I make sure to write them in the description and when possible photograph them. So, please take your time when looking at an item and read the description and look at the photos, even zoom in. I pride myself on pricing items more than fairly and if an item is imperfect that will be reflected in the price. Im always open to suggestion so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

I welcome a customers input. Your dishes are very personal and our goal is that you receive a set that you absolutely love and we are more than happy to customize any set or add an additional plate etc. Please be aware that adding pieces or different pieces may effect the total cost of your set, but we will always let you know if that is the case.

I know what it is like to feel like you must have a particular item so don't hesitate to contact me and as long as you and I agree to a fair purchase date I am more than willing to deactivate the listing until you are ready.

We take extra care to pack all items, no matter what their cost or size, with the upmost care, but some things are out of our control. You should not be held responsible for something that wasn’t your fault so please if an item arrived broken, contact me and I’ll make it right! But please in order for me replace or refund your item I’ll need you to hold on to the broken item and it’s packaging for a short time in the event I need to have it shipped back to me. I will require photos of the items broken (ones that show the number of pieces broken and that show which item it was) as well as the packing materials, outside of the box and label.
