Orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after payment has cleared.
If you place an order after December 25th, it will be shipped after January 3rd
All orders will be shipped from Latvia using Latvian Post services.
Although international delivery usually takes less than 2 weeks to most countries according to Latvian Post delivery times are:
* EU: up to 1-2 weeks
* US: up to 2-4 weeks
* Elsewhere: up to 2-6 weeks
Please note that there might be shipping delay during holiday time.
Tracking number will be provided after product has shipped. Note that the default shipping option does not include insurance. Please contact me first if you require to add an insurance or you have other shipping inquiries.
If you are an international customer please note that any customs, duty fees and taxes are responsibility of the buyer.
Order will be shipped to your Etsy address so please make sure that you have your current address on account or contact me with the address change.
I can reserve items for up to 72 hours.

Regrettably, some things are out of my control, and I am not responsible for the delays, losses, or damage that occur in the mail.

The buyer is responsible for paying any Custom Fees, Duties, or Taxes from their Country on the items they have purchased.
