What is the sound of one foot dancing...?
...because this Edwardian shoe has lost its mate. But now it serves its new purpose as a pin cushion quite well. Long ago someone fitted this shoe with a pillow of green velvet, creating both an interesting display and a pretty depository for stray pins and jewelry. The cushion has been hand sewn into the shoe, although it is coming loose in a few areas. The shoe itself is very worn, somewhat faded, and missing a few jet beads on its toe. But still, an interesting item for a vintage display. I wonder what label is underneath that green velvet?
