A classic Edwardian style dress from the late 1910s. Very charming!

DETAILS:
• Silk chiffon edging at neckline & sleeves
• 9” Silk satin cummerbund belt that comes to a vertical big bow in back creating an unusual bustle effect
• Back bow fastens with eye/hooks & at a later date, snaps were added to hold bow in place
• Back of top & skirt fastens with eye/hooks & one snap at bottom of skirt opening, which was added at a later date, as well
• Net over a silk lining
• Elastic sleeves that stretches up to 12”
• Adorned with a red velvet flower at left shoulder
• Skirting is in three layers of cotton netting, all of which is lined on the hems with silk ribbon trim

• 33-34” Bust
• 25-26” Waist
• 34-35” Hip
• 47.5” Length
• 6.5” Sleeve inseam
• 13” Shoulder to shoulder
• Size Small

CONDITION:
• 3 small breakages on skirt front bottom net layer, no larger than ½”, all concealed by the black underlining
• ½” breakage at back bottom outer layer of skirt
• Middle net layer of skirt in great shape
• Top net layer of skirt has two ½” breakages in back
• Satin bow has a 2” slit left side, not seen as the sash naturally folds in areas
• Waist sash under the vertical bow is tattered but hidden by the wide bow
• Bodice & sleeve net and the lining are in excellent shape

As with all vintage clothing, the garment will either need to be hand washed, professionally cleaned or naturally aired out.
