Very good communication and very rapid shipment. The brooch is exactly as stunning as showed. The only thing I think you could improve is to be more honest about its defects: the safety chain doesn't exactly close safely and also the clasp of the brooch itself doesn't close tight. Other than that, it has been a very pleasant transaction.
