Photographs hardly do justice to the loveliness of this sheer sparkling beaded and sequined French Art Deco short jacket.
This is a perfectly glamorous piece to wear over an ethereal dress for evening, conjuring a sexy flapper girl look. The piece can also be worn more casually in the daytime as a fun and luxurious topper to countless summer outfits.
The body of the piece is made of a very fine, whisper light sheer net in a color we would compare to a dusky rose. Pinky coral iridescent sequins form decorative star or flower like shapes, each sequin topped with a small opaque iridescent rose colored glass bead. Small translucent dark rose colored glass bugle beads form leaf shapes that add another decorative element to the pattern. The entire border of the jacket features a pattern of two rows of clear bugle beads separated by translucent topaz colored glass beads. Between these rows of bugle beads are shiny metallic silver sequins, each topped by a translucent topaz glass bead.
The jacket secures with a single eye hook at the neckline.
