I will always give you the basic measurements (bust, waist and hips) for a piece of clothing or shoes ( insole length and width). I recommend using these rather than any sizing charts as they do vary from country to country and some of them may be references to old sizing charts which are not the same as todays.

I try and wrap everything very carefully in bubble wrap and thick cardboard boxes and I use recycled packaging as much as I can. So do forgive me if it's not a beautiful package but at least we're doing our bit for landfill etc.. If something should be broken upon arrival please contact me within 3 days of arrival with a photo so I can assess the damage and work out the best way to proceed.

I will accept returns if there has been a mistake in the listing or the item has not been accurately described. Please read listings carefully. It is not always possible to show the item and any damage with only 10 photos. If you need more photos please don't hesitate to ask.

All the items I sell are antique or vintage. They have been worn or used and therefore will have signs of their age. I will always try to describe or photograph the principal stains or damage so there are no surprises upon reception.

If I do miss something I sincerely apologise. If you wish to return something because of a mistake I have made in the listing please contact me first.

I will accept returns if the item was not as described in the listing and you will be fully re-imbursed as it is my responsibility to correctly describe an item.
Any returns due to non payment of customs duties will be re-imbursed minus any costs incurred.

Postage is free worldwide. However with spiralling fuel and postal costs there are certain zones in the world where this is not feasible. I therefore reserve the right to cancel an order if the postal charges are excessive in comparison to the price of the article.
