We manufacture our rings to 6.5 US. We offer free sizing always. Please add 1 to 2 business days to your ring's ETA for sizing. If you have another jeweler size your ring, it will void our warranty (sorry!). If you are unsure of your size, please give us a call.

We NEVER recommend ultrasonic jewelry cleaners or jewelry cleaning solutions. Just dip in Dawn dish detergent in warm water - if a more thorough cleaning is needed, you can use a soft toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. NOTE - opals should not be cleaned in this manner. Contact us for care instructions.

We ship our jewelry in elegant solid rosewood gift boxes that are wrapped in ribbon and a shell - perfect for presentation, proposals, gifts...

Our pricing is at or around wholesale. Once you purchase from us - we consider you 'friends & family'. Contact us for your special pricing, and we will adjust your price on Etsy.

We stand behind our quality jewelry. We offer a 6 month warranty on all of our jewelry. If anything happens - we are always here to help you.

We can't be responsible for damage done to your jewelry by another jeweler. If you have a jeweler work on the jewelry in any way, example: ring sizing, your warranty cannot be upheld, and is void.

If you need your jewelry covered against theft, loss, damage, or more - just insure your jewelry through your homeowner's insurance policy.

Our warranty applies only to the original buyer, and does not include shipping services.

We are gemologists, and will gladly provide, free of charge, a certificate of authenticity on our gemstone jewelry and settings. We will also provide an appraisal for insurance purposes - please request that when you check out. If a certification from the GIA is desired, the fees would have to be collected for the certification and shipping with insurance. The GIA currently takes 3 weeks for certification and an additional week for shipping back and forth.
