This dress is adorable! It looks like nothing on the hanger but when you put it on it shines!

It is short formal bubble puffball style. It's original from the 1980's and in perfect condition.
It is polyester taffeta, spandex and is Jet Black. The perfect vintage LBD. It is marked "m" so I would guess it would fit anywhere from 4 to 8 since it has a bit of give due to the spandex (oh the 80's). The photo is of me wearing it. I'm about a size 4/6. It has spaghetti straps but they can be tucked in for a strapless effect.

The black taffeta has a bit of shine to it but it is more of a matte shine. Also, the bubble effect is puffy but not crazy puffy. It's actually a really pretty and flattering dress. It is also boned and corseted inside the lining so it fits like a glove but is surprisingly comfy.

This can be dressed up for a formal but fun evening out or dressed down with Doc Martens and tights. It has the potential to be extremely versatile.

It reminds me a lot of Desperately Seeking Susan and the Susan and Ramona characters as they both wear something like this in the film.

It also reminds me of Cyndi Lauper and Duran Duran.

I'm a child of the 80's so this dress makes me smile.

It appears as if it may have only been worn once. It's in pristine condition and I've had it dry cleaned. It's designed in the USA by Cindy U.S.A (an iconic 80's formal dress brand) and made in Vietnam. It's put together well and the quality is very nice. It will last forever if taken care of.
